Manhaton. Police detectives Gloria Burch and Brine Wayne are ready to take a chance to take life in order to go out on the trail of the artist, who with inexplicable cruelty ruthlessly and methodically kills young girls. The situation is complicated by the fact that the detective Burch itself can become the next victim of the killer.
