Based on these literature and the results of their own clinical and biomechanical studies, the authors offer their point of view on the dental bio -mechanical tissue of the tooth, compact and spongy bone tissue of the jaws and skulls, as well as various designs of implants. Using the methods of the final elements, the mechanics of teeth, implants and bone tissue in various clinical conditions are analyzed. The use of the functional load in the manufacture of dentures with support on implants is justified. Recommendations for the construction of individual teeth, teeth groups and dentitions in the interkhilum space with support on implants in specific clinical conditions are given.
