Derbennik Ivolishny “Blash” is a beautifully flowering unpretentious perennial who, with minimal care, is able to grow and fully develop. It is distinguished by high endurance, therefore it is able to adapt and steadfastly endure any climatic conditions and at the same time delight with its flowering. This is one of the most beautiful types of culture, which is widely used in single and group landings in landscape design. But when growing it, it should be borne in mind that this perennial is able to capture the adjacent territories, so these attempts should be suppressed to preserve the beauty of the composition.

The perennial is a herbaceous plant, forms large bushes, the height of which reaches 120 - 150 cm. In the presence of favorable conditions for growth, the perennial expands to 1.5 m in diameter. The root system in the plant is superficial, branched. The processes are large, fleshy, which are lignified with age. In the upper part of the root there are rehabilitation kidneys. Of these, every spring is growing a loose outlet consisting of numerous shoots. It forms a tall stem covered with many elongated leaves with a lanceolate leaf plate. Leaves about 7-8 cm long. Their surface is slightly pubescent. The shade of the sheet is green, but with the advent of autumn they acquire a crimson tone. In the lower part of the shoots, the leaves are located opposite, and in the upper - alternately. In early summer, the bush produces a high peduncle, densely covered with small, similar to stars, pale pink flowers, which fully justifies the name of the variety. A tightly stuffed column rises above the flowerbed, like a candle. In a group landing, the flowering of the derbennik only wins, creating a whole pink sea of ​​such candles. They change each other, and flowering lasts until the fall. The flowering period of the Derbennik "Blash" occurs in the second half of June and continues until the end of August. The plant exudes a pleasant aroma, and is an excellent honey plant.
