Deren white aurea (Cornus alba aurea)-a shrub up to 3 m high with thin, flexible, coral-red or red-brown branches directed upwards. The leaves are soft, wide, ovoid, yellow. In the autumn, they blush. The flowers are creamy-white, small, in dense hemispherical inflorescences, with a diameter of up to 5cm, have a pleasant honey aroma.
Blooms of a dense very abundantly in May-June, sometimes repeatedly in September. In early autumn, fruits appear - bluish berries. In winter, red shoots on the background of white snow look decorative. It grows quickly, tolerates pruning, is ideal for hedges. It tolerates frosty winters.
It is better to plant in sunny places. The following soil mixture is suitable: peat, sod land and humus in a ratio of 1: 1: 1. If the earth is clay, then sand, or clay is added to the planting pit if the soil is light sandy.
