The fourth collection of articles by the author (previous ones published in 2004, 2009 and 2013) includes selected articles published mainly from 2013 to 2016. They represent an author’s view of crime and its individual types, on social control over crime and deviant manifestations, on creativity as a positive deviation, as well as discussions about economic, social processes in the modern society of postmodern, affecting the state and dynamics of crime and deviation.

The collection includes two articles in English published abroad. The book is designed for specialists - lawyers, sociologists, political scientists, as well as a wide reader's audience.
