The workbook contains tasks intended for the pedagogical diagnosis of the starting readiness of preschool children and first -graders for successful education in elementary school. The main diagnostic procedures are test exercises designed on the basis of real training tasks. All of them are performed under the leadership of an adult. For reading children, instructions are duplicated in notebooks. The notebook is the starting step of the diagnostic kit “Learning to learn and act” (monitoring UUD, 1-4 class), but can be used independently. A detailed description of the procedure for diagnosing, evaluating and analyzing the results is given in the methodological recommendations for the workbook.
