Two unfamiliar, once-aged, actively active people who accidentally find themselves on a “paradise” island, recall each of their lives. One of them gravitates to think about life, considers himself a theoretician. The other is a practitioner does not see the meaning of life without active activity, without changing anything for the better. Heroes talk to each other and, of course, argue about the main thing - about meanings, about freedom, about happiness. By the will of chance, they find themselves under arrest in prison and their disputes become meaningless.
