Plato is a great ancient philosopher who had the strongest impact on the history of the human spirit. It is with him that the formation of scientific thinking begins in the strict sense of the word. But Plato was always considered as an authoritative mystic, trying to convey to people knowledge of pure being and good. The reader is offered the most famous dialogues of Plato, in which three big topics are considered: the nature of philosophical knowledge, ethical doctrine in connection with the evidence of the immortality of the soul and love as a power that turns a person to knowledge and makes him God -like.
