The global transition to a new technological way, the intensive and large -scale digitalization of public life leads to the transformations of law enforcement, which has entered a new cycle of its development. The classic and familiar (“dociff”) law enforcement model is faced with technological innovations actively involved in the sphere of law. An important condition for achieving the effectiveness of legal regulation in new realities is the revision of traditional approaches and the search for new ideas and solutions related to the external and internal digital transformation of law enforcement. The monographs reveal the methodological foundations of the study of the digitalization of law enforcement, analyzes the possibilities of using new and adaptation of existing approaches and digital technologies to increase the efficiency of law enforcement. Particular attention is paid to the improvement of judicial and administrative law enforcement based on the use of artificial intelligence and other latest technologies.
