Joe constantly dreams of the same dream: a beautiful stranger dies in his arms. The guy is sure: this is a vision from a past life. Only when the grandmother, who, according to her father, has long died, suddenly appears in the life of Joe and takes her grandson to the family mansion in Wisconsin, it becomes clear: there are secrets that want to hide from Joe. Families, Joe learns that Grandma's sister Alice tragically died half a century ago. This happened in the summer of 1916, and the guy guesses that his dreams are connected with Alice and her groom.
