The beloved children's writer Korney Ivanovich Chukovsky has two tales about the good Dr. Aibolit. The first is in verses, and the second is in prose, and it is called “Dr. Aibolit”. Chukovsky created this fairy tale, thoroughly processing the work of the English writer Gue Lofing (1889-1947). The doctor, who for the sake of saving animals goes on a dangerous journey, is not afraid of pirates under the leadership of the evil Barmaley and, of course, is surrounded by cheerful friends-envelopes, is infinitely close to the little reader and pleases him.
