A new exhibit for the local museum - doll of the Draugen, the spirit of the death of the Vikings is brought to the Norwegian fishing village. Immediately after that, the son of the director of the museum, Ole Larsen, begins to see strange dreams. In them, he learns about his special fate, and soon this is confirmed by reality - Ole saves from the death of a sea liner and becomes a national hero. The metropolitan agent makes him a star of show business, Ole is at the top of wealth and success. But easy money does not come just like that. Ole is admitted into a dubious story and is increasingly thinking about who Draugen is and what role he plays in everything that happens. Will Ole be saved by entering into a fight with the mafia, having experienced many dangerous adventures and gaining something much more valuable than glory and wealth?
