Driving dye gel "Top Decor", brown, 30 g

Water -soluble dye with a high concentration of a coloring pigment. A thick consistency allows it to be well painted throughout the mass of the main confectionery semi -finished products (jelly, mousse, cream, dough, mastic and others), without changing their consistency. It has no taste and aroma, so it retains the initial taste properties of a painted product. Recommended dosage: 2-3 drops (0.1-0.15 g) per 100 grams of painted mass. Sold in a tube of 100 grams. Method of application: before use, puncture the seal of the tube, it is not recommended to cut off.
