- To obtain soft ice cream 1 kg of dry mixture, dissolve at 2.3 - 2.5 liters of water or milk, mix and withstand 20 minutes before pouring into the freesis.
- for obtaining cocktails of 1 kg of a dry mixture, dissolve 4.0 liters. Cold milk and beat with a mixer.
- for preparing ice cream without a freeiser: 1 kg of dry mixture dissolve in 2.3 - 2.5 liters of milk with a fat content of 3.2%, mix, withstand for 20 minutes, beat with a mixer and pour into in Forms. Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
