The book is the nineteenth volume of the series dedicated to the white movement in Russia, and describes the hostilities of the armies of the Supreme Ruler of Russia Admiral A.V. Kolchak in the east of Russia from the fall of 1918 to November 1919, that is, from Kolchak’s entry as the Supreme Ruler of Russia to the beginning of the great Siberian ice campaign.
