We move too little, but we eat too much, we expose the heart to the effects of toxic substances and, most importantly, we have not paid attention to it for years! Therefore, we catch blood clots, we suffer from tachycardia, we get diabetes mellitus, struggling with arrhythmia and afraid of the words “heart attack”.
