The manual presents the content and pedagogical technologies of the organization of the educational process in the preschool educational institution in the educational field “Cognitive Development”. Variable forms, methods, means of implementing the tasks of cognitive development of preschoolers are disclosed. When compiling the manual, the experience of kindergartens of St. Petersburg was used.
