Ego-documents: Russia in the first half of the XX century. Mezhistomsky dialogs
Diaries and notes published or first introduced into scientific circulation, autobiography and interviews, verbal and visual memories, essays and letters, becoming the subject of discussion on the pages of this book, they demonstrate not only a variety of models of “reproduction” of individuals or groups against the background of history. They allow us to explain the nature of both differentiated and an invariant vision of history by various individuals and groups and at the same time fix the structuring function of self -descriptive practices, their ability to generate, preserve and modify certain social alliances. Short -term or long -term, these alliances, in turn, indicate that “small” groups are quite relevant to the Russian (Soviet) society whose agendas are against the background of global tasks (for example, “the construction of socialism”) did not lose and do not lose their relevance.
The book is addressed to a wide audience of readers interested not only in the history of Russia, but also by modern humanitarian research in general.
