For convenient connection to the wire terminals, bushing and pin insulated tips are used. They are worn on the cleaned ends of the wires and are crimped. Properly selected tips allow you to connect wires to terminals designed for other sections. In addition, with the help of double sleeve tips, two wires can be connected to one terminal. The use of tips provides a more reliable connection, but it is necessary to carefully fix them in the terminal. Excessive force when tightening the screw can damage the tip. In turn, a poorly fixed tip will not provide the desired contact. In order to tighten the screw with the desired force (1.5–2.5 nm), you can apply a dynamometric screwdriver.

The pressing of the tips is carried out by the recoils of the pressing. Get pre -cleaned ends of the wire into the tip. Testing the tip is pressureed on top of a metal sleeve, a pin top of an isolated PVC manage. Part of the cleaned core, which protrudes from the tip, can be trimmed after the testing of the crimping. Before connecting the assigned tip to the terminal, check that its insulation is not disturbed, but the vein is securely fixed (the wire does not move inside the tip).
