The main elements and radio components used to create circuits and components of electronic devices are set out in detail. Attention is paid to issues that are not described in detail in the literature for understanding the processes occurring in semiconductor materials and devices based on them. Information is presented about the manufacturing technology of semiconductor chips for modern electronics.
