In this book, you will discover the basics of gold sewing and silk surface, and also learn to combine them - both in planar and volumetric designs. The book includes exercises for the development of stitches, 6 session with plant motifs and 24 full step -by -step projects: flowers, leaves, trees, butterflies and poultry. All the necessary templates are given in full, the projects are supplemented by schemes and large -scale visualizations.

The history of the creation of this book is interesting and a little sad. Outstanding British embroiderer Hasel Everett, author of the Bratseller Golden Bratseller, conceived it many years ago and did a tremendous work on developing designs for the book and combining two popular embroidery techniques, but did not manage to complete the work, suddenly died in 2018.

However, the book of Hasel was nevertheless finished - thanks to the efforts of her wife Adrian and colleagues Jen Barsby, who collected and recycled Hazel materials. In 2021, the book was published in English, and now we are glad to present it to Russian -speaking readers.
