The management presents information necessary for specialists who provide an ambulance and emergency medical care to patients with acute infectious diseases. One of the priorities that prioritized the authors to write this work is the relevance of infectious pathology, the difficulties of early differential diagnostics in the context of limiting the time of the call and the lack of possibilities of laboratory and instrumental studies, as well as the insufficient amount of special information for employees of the ambulance and emergency medical care set forth in affordable medical literature. Management is a logical continuation of previously developed and existing methodological recommendations and algorithms for emergency and emergency medical care for medical care to patients with infectious diseases. It reflects modern information on the problems of infectious diseases, as well as many years of practical experience of authors with infectious patients.
