The textbook “Extraordinary Medicine” was prepared on the basis of documents governing the activities of the functional subsystems of ministries, agencies and services in a unified state system of preventing and eliminating the consequences of emergency situations of a natural and technogenic nature and in the civil defense system of the Russian Federation.
