Treatment of root canals requires a dentist good manual skills. However, without the correct diagnosis and a clear understanding of the biological foundation, the technical skills of the dentist will be uselessly spent on the implementation of complex manipulations or inadequate treatment. Making the correct diagnosis in combination with the correct choice of new materials and methods creates conditions that allow with a high probability to achieve a successful result and ensure a healthy state of periapic tissues. The authors express the hope that acquaintance with this leadership will allow the practitioner for the dentist to simply and effectively conduct endodontic treatment.
