The monograph presents a comprehensive analysis of legal, as well as a number of political, economic and social aspects of the energy transition - the main form of humanity to the low -emission economy. The analysis is focused on international legal issues, but individual issues of internal legislation are also addressed. The trends in the development of law regulating the dynamic process of the energy transition are determined. On the basis of the author’s concept of the integrated assessment of the sovereign energy-climatic choice, the script of the “Green Energy Revolution” (universal and rapid transition to renewable energy sources) was considered, possible alternative scenarios of the energy transition.
