The training manual reveals the general principles of compiling legal letters and memorandums developed in the Anglo-American legal practice. The first chapter consists of two sections: a letter and a memorandum. Each section is preceded by a certificate of the purpose of this legal text, its structure, vocabulary and style. The second chapter contains the materials of the training project of a law firm, which are proposed to study and evaluate independently, based on the results of the analysis of texts of the first chapter. The third chapter gives practical tasks for the independent compilation of letters and memorandums based on the material studied.
