The textbook was prepared in accordance with the curriculum and the work program of the academic discipline (module) “Ensuring the rule of law in public administration” for students in the direction of preparation 40.04.01 “Jurisprudence” (qualification (degree) “Master”). On the basis of the provisions of the theory of law and the latest legislation, the concept and significance of the rule of law in public administration, the main methods and means of its support (control and supervision; administrative and judicial appeal; criminal and disciplinary liability of government officials) are revealed.
