Entrepreneurial law. Textbook

The textbook was prepared by the faculty of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines REU named after G. V. Plekhanov in accordance with the State Educational Standard. Taking into account the interaction of private law and public law enforcement agents in the textbook, such significant theoretical issues as the concept of entrepreneurial law and entrepreneurial legal relations, an entrepreneurial agreement are disclosed; General provisions on entrepreneurial law and the legal regime of entrepreneurial law are presented, the legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) is analyzed. The main attention in the book is paid to state regulation of various types of entrepreneurial activity. The material on the protection of consumer rights and responsibility in entrepreneurial law has been set out as separate chapters.

The textbook is prepared on the basis of the latest legislation using judicial practice to illustrate theoretical issues. For August 2018,
