The all -pervasive environment - ether - is the basis for the spread of light, radio waves, x -rays, gravity. It is shown that the ether consists of two equal, but opposite the sign of particles of electromagnetic nature, that it has a specific density and elasticity. Categories of inertia, inertia, space and time are determined and explained. It is shown that the cause of gravity, or gravity, is the creation of an elastic pressure of the ether with a physical body in the vicinity of another physical body, which also creates an elastic pressure of the ether in the vicinity of the first.
