Eugene Onegin. Pushkin A.S.

One of the greatest works of world literature, a novel in verses by A.S. Pushkin (1799-1837), is offered to the reader with illustrations of the famous silhouetist V.V. Gelmersen (1873-1937). More than 100 unique drawings were prepared by the artist at the beginning of the 20th century, but the war, the revolution, and then the tragic death of V.V. Helmersen in the year of the century from the day of death of Pushkin himself was prevented by publications. For the first time, "Eugene Onegin" in the silhouettes of Helmersen saw the light only in 1993.
