Executive inscription of the notary. Bychkov Alexander Igorevich

In the context of the deterioration of the economic situation in the country and the growth of non -payments, such a legal instrument as the executive inscription of the notary, which has the strength of the executive document and allows the creditor, subject to certain conditions and the procedure for its completion, to recover funds and other property from the debtor. At least for indisputable requirements that are not in doubt. In this book, based on the analysis and generalization of judicial practice, such issues as the procedure for performing an executive inscription, including the features of its use for the foreclosure on the pledged property, the procedure for its forced execution by bailiffs and credit organizations are investigated. In addition, the work investigates such important legal aspects as the types and procedure for the execution of individual executive documents (certificate of labor disputes commission, certificate of the Commissioner for the Protection of Consumer Rights of Financial Services, Alimony and Mediatic Agreements), ways of contesting the executive inscription of the notary in court legalization with unscrupulous participants in civil circulation through the executive inscription of income received by criminal means, as well as other pressing issues arising in practice.
