The leadership highlights the features of therapeutic tactics in the presence of extractal pathology in women. Data on the mutual effect of pregnancy and somatic diseases associated or not associated with it, as well as aspects of the organization of medical care and routing pregnant women with extragenital pathology, are given. Given the clinical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Russia, the main medical diagnostic and preventive measures carried out by doctors (obstetrician-gynecologist, therapist, other specialized specialists) when conducting pregnant women with the most common extragenital diseases are presented, and special attention is paid to ensuring the safety of measures for the fetus.
