The management is devoted to the main stages of the extractoric fertilization protocol - stimulation of ovaries and post -transferial hormonal support.

The publication presents modern information about the follicle and oogenesis necessary in clinical practice. The algorithms of basic ovarian stimulation, the procedure for choosing a starting dose and the drug for stimulation, the tasks of ultrasound monitoring, as well as strategies when predicting a “poor” response, are considered.
