Extraordinary adventures of Karik and Vali

Once, Samuel Marshak addressed the All -Union Research Institute of Fisheries with an unusual request: to write a book about science for children. For example, introduce children to entomology. The case was entrusted to Jan Leopoldovich Larry (1900 - 1977), who was a graduate student at this institute, and simultaneously printed articles for newspapers and magazines. The resulting manuscript was very liked by S. Ya. Marshak, and he himself took up her editing. From that day, every child and an adult have the opportunity to get acquainted with the fabulous story “Extraordinary Adventures of Karik and Vali”, where the guys, having drunk a magical solution, are reduced to the size of the bugs and fall into the amazing world of nature, where terrible insects live, and danger lies in every step... for secondary school age.
