A collection of materials of two conferences held in 2012-2013. In Moscow, in the library of foreign literature, it is dedicated to the memory of the Russian philosopher, theologian, the researcher of the Orthodox culture, public figure Nikolai Mikhailovich Cernov (1898-1980). The works of E. B. Rashkovsky, T. G. Skorokhodova, N. N. Zubkova, I. V. Zaitseva, K. N. Mikhailov and others are presented. The first part of the book unites religious and philosophical studies on the material of the Bible, intellectual history of India XIX -Xx centuries. , the literature of the Silver Age, Mayakovsky’s biographies and others. The second part of the collection contains publications on the history of world religions. The application presents analytical reviews of both conferences. The publication is addressed primarily to philosophers, religious scholars, theologians, and culturalists.
