The work is a post-posting scientific and practical commentary to the Family Code of the Russian Federation written in co-authorship. The authors pay attention to the difficulties that arise in the courts when applying the norms of the Family Code of the Russian Federation. Some proposals have been made on the correct application of family legislation, including legal qualifications of family relations.

When writing a comment, the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Court, as well as doctrinal Regulations on family law.
