Favorites: philosophy of life. Tareev M.
Mikhail Tareev (1867-1934) - a Russian theologian and a philosopher, not appreciated by either contemporaries or descendants. In addition, his scientific work after the revolution, for obvious reasons, could not continue. Meanwhile, his ideas and theoretical constructions anticipated many ideas of the Western theological and philosophical thought of the second half of the twentieth century, which developed in a much more favorable atmosphere than in Russia. Now, at the beginning of the century of the 21st century, his labors are returning to us to help us illuminate the options for its future possible development. The real volume included two books by M. M. Tareev -“The goal and meaning of life” and “The philosophy of life”; The second book is reprinted in Russia for the first time. The book of A. I. Brodsky about Tareev precedes the book, in which the teachings of the Russian theologian are deeply and comprehensively analyzed. The publication is equipped with circumstances and a detailed index of names and cited literature.
The publication is addressed to everyone who is interested in Russian philosophy and theological thought, and to everyone who is asked about the meaning and purpose of life.
