The proposed textbook is developed in the discipline "Derivery and document management in jurisprudence." It reflects in detail the stages of the formation and development of a clerical system in the legal sphere. The characteristic of the regulatory regulation of workflow in jurisprudence is given. Modern requirements for the execution of documents in various areas of jurisprudence are considered, including taking into account the process of digitalization of legal relations.
