Federal Law "On Civil Acts"

This Federal Law defines: - bodies that provide state registration of acts of civil status; - the procedure for state registration of acts of civil status; - the procedure for the formation of books of state registration of acts of civil status; - the procedure for correction, change, restoration and cancellation of records of acts of civil status; - the procedure and terms for storage of books of state registration of acts of civil status; - the procedure for issuing repeated certificates of state registration of acts of civil status and other documents confirming the existence or absence of the fact of state registration of the act of civil status; - the procedure for maintaining a unified state register of records of acts of civil status.
