Federal Law "On Defense"

This Federal Law determines the foundations and organization of the defense of the Russian Federation, the powers of state authorities of the Russian Federation, the functions of state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local authorities, organizations and their officials, the rights and obligations of citizens of the Russian Federation in the field of defense, forces and funds attracted for defense, responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of defense, as well as other norms regarding defense.
