Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation"

The subject of regulation of this Federal Law is social relations arising in the field of education in connection with the exercise of the right to education, ensuring state guarantees of human rights and freedoms in the field of education and creating conditions for the exercise of the right to education. This Federal Law establishes the legal, organizational and economic foundations of education in the Russian Federation, the basic principles of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of education, the general rules for the functioning of the education system and the implementation of educational activities, determines the legal status of participants in relations in the field of education.
