Federal Law "On Weapons"

This Federal Law regulates the legal relations that arise during the back of civilian, service, as well as military manual small arms and cold weapons in the territory of the Russian Federation, is aimed at protecting the life and health of citizens, property, ensuring public security, protecting nature and natural resources, ensuring ensuring development of sports weapons related to the use of sports weapons, strengthening international cooperation in the fight against crime and illegal distribution of weapons (as amended by Federal Law of 31. 05. 2010 No. 111-ФЗ). The provisions of this Federal Law also apply to the turnover of ammunition and cartridges to weapons.
