The book made an attempt to analyze the role and behavior of financial components in the turning point of Russia. The proposals are justified at this base on how to better reform the individuals of the financial system so that it ensures worthy socio -economic growth due to the internal sources of our country. According to the author, Russia will have to complete its financial system, having formed the developed funds of “long” money - investment, pension, insurance and share, comparable in importance with the scale of the banking system. It is advisable to increase the assets of the banking system, and first of all - lending to enterprises, organizations and the population. The priority significance, according to the author, should be given to the growth of investment loan in the main and human capital - the main sources of socio -economic development.
