Finist Perse Yasna - Falcon

Dear readers! Here is the Russian folk tale - “Finist Perse of the Yasna Sokol”, the illustrations for which was performed by the wonderful Russian artist Ivan Yakovlevich Bilibin. The passionate hobby of Bilibin by ancient Russian art was reflected in his illustrations for folk tales. The Bilibinsky style is characterized by the beauty of the patterned pattern and the exquisite decorativeness of color combinations. The artist hoped that "... under the influence of a passion for past beauty... finally a new Russian style would be created, quite individual and not tinsel." Children's books illustrated by the artist had a huge impact on the design culture of their time, and for many years the perception of Russian fairy tale has become largely Bilibinsky.
