Jules Verne (1828–1905)-the famous French science fiction writer-from early childhood adored the sea and adventure. At the age of 11, he is hired by Jung on a ship going to India. The father returns the fugitive home already from the shir that had already been excreted.

at the insistence of his parents, Jules Verne graduates from the Law Faculty in the Sorbonne, but does not continue the case of the Non-Tarius father, but is fond of theater and literature. The capable author attracts the attention of the publishers and soon a contract is concluded with him, obliging the Verna for 20 years to write two novels every year.

The first novel “Five weeks in the balloon” (1863) immediately brings wide fame to the writer. The book begins in 1862, when a member of the royal geographical society, Dr. Samuel Ferguson, together with his servant Joe and friend Richard Kennedy, goes on a trip to Africa (by then little -gone) in a balloon filled with hydrogen in search of the origins of the Great Nile.

Heroes are waiting for dangerous adventures, geographical discoveries, the fight against the local population and the environment.

The writer Jules Verne, as a real scientist, collected a huge file cabinet for various branches of knowledge, wrote scientific works, created an illustrated geography. Together with his heroes, the writer passes hundreds of roads - on the ground, under water, through the air, around the continents of Asia and Africa, the entire globe, goes into space. A hymn to the mind and strong will of man sounds from the novel to Roman.
