This collection of stories was first published in the far of 1962. Then the most important books of Vladislav Krapivin were not yet written, there were no illustrations of Evgeny Medvedev and Evgenia Sterligova, there were no “caravels”, there were not even many of us. And the boys on the pages of Krapivin were. They, in their boyish habit, dreamed of traveling and flights, secrets and adventures, of course, were friends, of course, were happy.
