The area of ​​its origin was originally East India, later the shrub was brought to Europe.  Blood inflorescences consisting of small flowers are collected at the top of the stem. Gradually, they bend under their own weight and take the form of terry hanging earrings. To date, the breeders have derived many varieties that differ in size and in color.  “Coral Islands” is a special variety. It is just ideal for large garden compositions. It is impossible not to fall in love with these dusty corrals, as if burnt in the sun, brushes of inflorescences.

Agricultural technology: Sowing the seeds is carried out in the month of March, scattering the seeds on a wet soil and sprinkling them with a layer of earth at 0.5 cm, the upper layer of the soil is moistened from the spray gun and covered with a film. At a temperature of 22 degrees, shoots will appear in a week. With the advent of the first sprouts, the film is removed. Seedlings dive after the appearance of 3-4 real leaves. The strongest plants are transplanted into individual pots with a diameter of at least 10 cm, pinching the tops, this will make the plants develop the root system well, and not stretch upwards. The plant needs a lot of light, so when planting in open ground, they choose a sunny and warm place, where it will develop actively, and flowers will be brighter than in the shadow. Excessively wet and marshy soil is not suitable for amaranth, we need sandy loam or loamy soil and good drainage.  The landing interval is about 30-40 cm. Care consists in watering, loosening and top dressing.
