The legendary series of Astra Vallop (balloon) exceeds all known varieties in terms of the degree of terry and density of spherical inflorescences. A pyramidal plant, 50-60 cm high, with strong peduncles. On one plant, up to 6-8 inflorescences of a purple-pink shade are formed, with a diameter of 9-13 cm. They are grown, most often, by a seedling way. Seeds are sown in March-April, dive with the development of the first pair of real leaves according to a 5x5 cm scheme, and seedlings are planted in open ground from mid-May to early June. It is possible to sow seeds in open ground in early spring or under the winter, followed by mulching with peat or sawdust. Brilliant asters of the cylinder series are distinguished by magnificent cuts, up to two weeks stand in water, maintaining decorativeness.
