biennial, up to 80 cm high. Flowers are glass-lobed white, blue and pink color up to 7 cm long and 5-7 cm in diameter, collected in large spectacular pyramidal inflorescences. Blooms in June-July. At an early removal of fading inflorescences, flowering is resumed by the fall. Cut flowers are in water for 10-14 days. Flowering is abundant and prolonged. Used to decorate the site and for cutting.

prefers sunny areas with well -treated fertile soils. They are grown with direct sowing in the ground in early May or in the second half of October. Seals appear after 2 weeks. After another 2 to 3 weeks, they are dive at a distance of 10 - 15 cm. The plants are shaded until completely survival, for about a week. Care for seedlings is ordinary. In August, plants are planted in a permanent place. The distance between plants when planting 30-35 cm. Subscribing to these terms by the fall, plants manage to develop a good rosette of leaves, but do not form a color stem. Only in this case they winter well.  In dry weather, watering is required. The bell is especially sensitive to non -compliance with the timing of work. With the underdevelopment of sockets of basal leaves in the second year, plants may not bloom, but they do not need to throw them away - flowering will occur in the third year.  In the winter, a shelter with peat or dry leaves is required with a layer of 15-20 cm. It is also propagated by cuttings. Growing young shoots in the spring of the second year are cut into cuttings.
