The plant is photophilous and heat -loving, grows well only in fairly heated places with loose soil. The seeds are Scariced before sowing (they are very neatly cut into the skin) and planted in late April-May in open ground in moist soil at a distance of 15-30 cm. The grown plant needs support and garter. Weded moderately, it is advisable to feed weekly.
